RESOLUTION NO. 87-70
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER AVAILABILITY
CHARGE (SAC) AND ABOLISHING RESOLUTION NO. 87-26
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1988
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be
established by resolution from time to time adopted by the City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission
has acted to increase the SAC rate for communities that have
interceptors, from $525.00 to $550.00, effective January 1,
1988;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a sewer
availability charge of $550.00 is hereby established; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fee shall
be effective as of January 1, 1988.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 14th
day of December, 1987.
