RESOLUTION NO. 87-68
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES FOR CERTAIN ACTIVITIES
WHICH OPERATE FOR A LIMITED TIME PERIOD
OR ARE OF A LIMITED NATURE
WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills Code provides that
permit/license fees be established from time to time by resolution adopted
by the City Council, and;
WHEREAS, the fee schedule for temporary activities, or
activities of a limited nature, has not been revised for several years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees are
hereby established:
Tent Permit........................$25/day, plus out-of-pocket
costs

Sidewalk Sale......................$25/day, plus out-of-pocket
costs
Boutique or Garage Sales...........No fee; limited to two per
year; 3/day sale
Casual roadside stand on owners' ...No fee; limited to 30 days
property
Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this 30th day of
November, 1987.
