RESOLUTION NO. 87-63
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES
AND LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills Code provides that
permit/license fees and insurance requirements be established from time to time
by resolution adopted by the City Council, and;
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, after careful consideration, has
recommended changes in the present fee schedule, and;
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that liability insurance
coverage for certain licenses should be increased;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees and
liability insurance requirements are hereby established:
Alcoholic Beverages
On Sale (Bond - $5,000)
1,999 sq. ft. or less
2,000 to 2,999 sq. ft.
3,000 to 3,999 sq. ft.
4,000 sq. ft. or more

REQUIRED LIMITS FOR CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE
1. ComDrehensive General Liability
A. Bodily injuries, including death resulting therefrom sustained by any
one person - $100,000, and $300,000 per anyone occurrence, or
combined single limit of $300,000 for bodily injury and property
damage.
B. Property damage liability - $100,000 per occurrence.
C. XCU (Excavation, Collapse, Underground) Exclusion deleted where
permittee or licensess work involves risks or exposure.
2. Comprehensive Auto Liability
A. Bodily injuries, including death resulting therefrom sustained by any
one person - $100,000 and $300,000 per anyone occurrence, or combined
single limit of $300,000 for bodily injury and property damage.
B.
Property Damage Liability $100,000 per anyone occurrence.
C.
Hire car and non-ownership coverage.
3. Worker's Compensation
A. Coverage as required by Section 176.181, Subd. 2, of the Minnesota
Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fees and insurance
requirements shall be effective January 1, 1988.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 28th day of
September, 1987.
