CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 87-30
RESOLUTION REVISING PERMIT FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER
CITY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has
determined that permit fees shall be established by resolution adopted by the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has studied average costs to the
City to process applications and compared charges in neighboring cities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 81-24 is
repealed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the permit fees shall be as follows:
Permit
Fee
Preliminary Plat
Final Plat
Lot Split/Minor Subdivision
Rezoning
Variance
Special Use Permit
Amended Special Use Permit
Planned Unit Development
Site Plan Review
Apportionment of Assessments
$150 + $15.00 per lot
Included in Fee for Prel. Plat
$75 + Consulting Fees
$100 + Consulting Fees
$50 + Consulting Fees
$100 + Consulting Fees
$100 + Consulting Fees
$100 + Consulting Fees
$100 + Consulting Fees
$15 + Consulting Fees
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a separate variance charge will not
be made for variances included in a Special Use Permit or Planned Unit
Development application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fees shall be effective
July I, 1987.
