RESOLUTION NO. 87-21
RESOLUTION RELATING TO FORFEITED LAND AND
LAND CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County, by
resolution dated April 6, 1987, classified as non-conservation land, certain
land lying within the limits of the City of Arden Hills, and
WHEREAS, a copy of the classification resolution, together with a list
of the land classified, has been submitted for approval of the classification
and sale of the land classified in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section
282.01, Sub. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of the land
shown on said list as non-conservation land (being Briarknoll Plat Two, subject
to easements, Outlot A: PIN 22-30-23-32-0073 (25-13100-010-05), and the sale
thereof be and hereby is approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator be and hereby is
authorized to file a certified copy of this Resolution No. 87-22 in the office
of the Land Commissioner.
