RESOLUTION NO. 87-19
RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCIL MEMBER TO FILL COUNCIL
VACANCY UNTIL NOVEMBER SPECIAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, on
Councilman Dale Hick's
that a vacancy exists
qualified at the Special
February 9. 1987, the City Council accepted
resignation effective April 1, 1987 and declared
on the Council until a successor is elected and
Election to be held on November 8, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Council

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby
appoints Jeanne Winiecki Councilmember until the Special Election on
November 8, 1988.
