RESOLUTION NO. 87-17
RESOLUTION HONORING DALE HICKS
WHEREAS, Dale Hicks was appointed to the Arden Hills Council
on February 8, 1982, to fill the unexpired team of James Wingert, was
elected to the Council on November 2, 1982, and re-elected on November 4,
1986, and
WHEREAS, Dale Hicks has resigned his Council position since
he will be working with a project in Morocco for the University of
~ Minnesota for two years, and;
WHEREAS, Dale's service on the Council has been
characterized by fairness, careful consideration of all issues, and
openness which has earned the respect of residents and staff equally;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills
