RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
SAN I T ARY SEWER I MPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consol idated
San i tary Sewer I mprovements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on
September 28, 1970, was fi led and certi fied to the County
Aud i tor of Ramsey County on October 28, 1970, for the purpose
of including installments thereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes commencing in 1971; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supp lemental assessments and
reassessments in respect to Consol idated Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at
wh i ch time assessments for Conso I i dated San i tary Sewer Improvements
Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said
date, to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor
of Ramsey County, on December 30,1970; and
. WHEREAS, since r,ovember 30, 1970, a number of parcels
of property contained within said assessment rol I as amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each be made
by the City Counci I of the City of Arden Hi lis, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be
co II ected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NO~ THEREFORE, the City Counci I of the City of Arden
Hi lis does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment rol I of September 28,
1970, and as amended as of I~ovember 30, 1970, against the following
described properties:
