RESOLUTION NO. 87- 8
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND
DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS AS
COUNCIL MEMBER
WHEREAS, Dale Hicks advised the Counci I on
February 9, 1987 that he is moving out of the City
of Arden Hills and therefore resigning his position
a s Co u n c i I ma n, e f feet i ve A p r i I I, I 987, and
WHEREAS, the City Council accepts with deep
regret the resignation of Dale Hicks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on
Apri I I, 1987, a vacancy will exl st on the Arden
Hills Council and the person appointed to fill the
vacancy wi II serve unti I a successor is elected and
qualified at the Special Election to be held on
November 8, 1988.
Passed by the Arden Hi lis Counci I this 9th day of February 1987.
