RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF COUNTY ROAD D, FROM FAIRVIEW
AVENUE TO INTERSTATE 35W, FROM
COLLECTOR TO MINOR ARTERIAL STREET
WHEREAS, Fairview Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to
County Road D, County Road D, from 1-35W to Fairview Avenue
and County Road B-2 (including portions of St. Croix Street
and Termi na I Road) from T.J. 280 to Lexington Avenue are
currently classified as collector and local roads; and
WHEREAS, the characteristics of these sections of
roads are more suitable to the functional classification of
mi nor arteri a I;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci I
of Arden Hi I Is supports the change in functional classification
of these roads within the City of Arden Hi lis jurisdiction to
minor arterial, subject to the change not affecting normal
improvement assessment costs to the City of Arden Hi lis.
