CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 97-05 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1997 WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills City Code provides that permit/license fees be established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and WHEREAS, staff provided several revisions to the fee schedule to the City Council at its August 19, 1996 Worksession meeting; and WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; and WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fees charged by the City, and would recommend that several of these fees be revised for 1997; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the attached fee schedule be adopted: (See Attachment A) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall become effective January I, 1997.
