RESOLUTION NO. 97-09
RESOLUTION APPROVING BINGO HALL LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills Pot 0' Gold Bingo Hall License expires on May 31,1997; and
WHEREAS, the State Charitable Gambling Board requires a one hundred-twenty (120) day
review period; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted all required information.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Arden Hills agrees to approve the
Bingo Hall Renewal License Application for the Arden Hills Bingo Hall (Pot-O-Gold) from
Goldie K. Siedow, 3776 COlUlelly, Arden Hills, Minnesota.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 24TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1997.

Councilmember Hicks moved, and Councilmember Malone moved adoption of the
foregoing Resolution and the same was declared adopted upon unanimous yes vote of all
members present.
