RESOLUTION NO. 97-12
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH
SIDES OF T.H. HIGHWAY 96 WITHIN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey County have planned the improvement ofT.H.
Highway 96 from Lexington Avenue to Interstate 35W and;
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on the street and the
project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
shall ban parking of motor vehicles on both sides ofT.H. Highway 96 within the City of Arden
Hills at all times.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
