CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 97-30
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL PERFORMANCE AID
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 477 A.D5, provide for Local Performance Aid; and
WHEREAS, in order to qualifY for this aid, the City must develop a system of performance
measures in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 477 A.05; and
WHEREAS, the City can qualify for aid in 1998 by having a program-specific system of
performance measures in place; and
WHEREAS, the City would propose that the City's allocated cost of Ramsey County Contract
Cities D,A.R.E, Program be partially funded by Local Performance Aid; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills would like to qualifY for Local Performance Aid.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the City intends to fund its portion of the Ramsey County D.A.R.E, Program
with Local Performance Aid, and will develop and implement a system of performance measures
for this specific program; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City supports the completion of the Certificate of
Local Performance Measures for Local Performance Aid Payable in 1998 and this document be
forwarded to the appropriate state agency.

ON THIS 30TH DAY OF JUNE, 1997.
