RESOLUTION NO. 97-44
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY 1998 BUDGET
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 275.065, Subdivision I, require the adoption of a preliminary
budget for the upcoming year by September 15 of each year; and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared a proposed 1998 budget, and the Arden Hills
City Council has met several times for the purpose of discussing the 1998 budget.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the following preliminary 1998 budget be adopted in compliance with Minnesota
Statutes 275.065:
