RESOLUTION NO. 97-45
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB-GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills received damage to City property during storms between
June 28 - July 27, 1997.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the Arden Hills City Council enters into a Sub-Grant Agreement with the
Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the
program entitled Infrastructure Program for FEMAl187DR-Minnesota.Brian Fritsinger, City
Administrator is hereby authorized to execute and sign such Sub-Grant Agreements and
amendments as are necessary to implement on behalf of the City of Arden Hills.
