CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 96-15 RESOLUTION APPROVING NORTH SUBURBAN YOUTH ASSOCIATION CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION AT BIG TEN BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City of Arden Hills agrees to approve the Bingo Hall premises permit application for North Suburban Youth Association (NYSA) for a Class B gambling booth at the Big Ten Supper Club, 4703 North Highway 10, Arden Hills, Minnesota. This premises permit application is for the one month time period from March I, 1996, to March 31,1996. Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 29th d 1996. ATTEST: B Y ADMINISTRATOR Councilmember Keirn moved adoption of the foregoing Resolution and the same was declared adopted upon a unanimous yes vote of all members present.
