RESOLUTION NO. 96-16
RESOLUTION APPROVING NORTH SUBURBAN YOUTH ASSOCIATION
CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION AT BIG TEN
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City of Arden Hills agrees to approve the Bingo
Hall prernises permit application for North Suburban Youth Association (NYSA) for a Class B
gambling booth at the Big Ten Supper Club, 4703 North Highway 10, Arden Hills, Minnesota.
The premises permit application is for the time period commencing April I , 1996.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 29th

Councilmernber Keirn moved adoption of the foregoing Resolution and the same
was declared adopted upon a unanimous yes vote of all members present.
