RESOLUTION NO. 96-24
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF
THE LIFT STATION #6 MODIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills had ordered plans and specifications be prepared for the
modification of Lift Station #6; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has solicited bids for the modification of Lift Station #6; and
WHEREAS, the Company of Quality Flow Systems has provided to the City of Arden Hills the
best bid and proposal; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has identified $26,600 of the 1996 Capital Improvement
Budget, specifically for this modification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, that
the modification of Lift Station #6 contract be awarded to Quality Flow Systems in the amount
of $23,794,50, as per proposal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF APRIL, 1996.
