RESOLUTION 96-67
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF
DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER
OF THE 1997 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted the 11th day of November, 1996,
fIxed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of various streets within the City
of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was
given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of December, 1996, at which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1.
MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
MSA shall prepare detailed plans and specifIcations for making of such improvement.
