RESOLUTION 96-68
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street
hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid Street, as described herein,
and under the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the road described as follows, to wit:
Approximately 0.64 miles of Fernwood Avenue, between County Road F and Lexington
Avenue,
be, and hereby is, established, located, and designated as a Municipal State Aid Street of said
City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation at the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward
two certified copies of this Resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration, and that upon his approval of the respective designations of said road or portion
thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of
the City of Arden Hills.
