RESOLUTION NO. 96-70
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1997 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has
met several times for the purpose of discussing the 1997 budget; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a
public hearing to adopt a budget; and
WHEREAS, The City Council held a Truth in Taxation public hearing on December 5, 1996 to
discuss the 1997 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate
as adjusted for the 1997 Street Improvements Feasibility Report.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the attached 1997 budget be adopted and approved:
