A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF
THE COUNTY ROAD F RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT
OF 1995
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report presented at the
January 9, 1995, City Council meeting, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been scheduled for February 27, 1995, to solicit public input;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1.
MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the
making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of January, 19 .
