RESOLUTION NO. 95-10
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING RAMSEY COUNTY
PARKS AND RECREA TION DEPARTMENT
ISTEA GRANT APPLICATION FOR A TRAIL ALONG T,H. 96
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is working to complete a trail system for the use and
enjoyment of the citizens of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, T.H. 96 would serve to connect with existing and proposed trails within the City;
and
WHEREAS, a significant portion ofT.H. of96 trailing funding would come from the
Transportation Enhancement Program of Title 1 of the Intermodel Surface
Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (IS TEA) and other funds received by
Ramsey County Parks & Recreation Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council, fully supports
the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department applying for funding of a trail along T.H.
96.
