RESOLUTION NO. 95-13
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRIAN FRITSINGER TO THE
POSITION OF CITY CLERK\ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills advertised for the position of City Clerk\Administrator
and received a response of over fifty applicants; and
WHEREAS, City Council members have managed the search process by evaluating application
materials, checking references and conducting two rounds of interviews; and
WHEREAS, the search process has resulted in candidate Brian Fritsinger being offered, and
having verbally accepted, a job offer for the City Clerk\Administrator position by
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Brian Fritsinger be appointed the Arden
Hills Clerk City\Administrator beginning January 30, 1995 in accordance with the scope of
authority and responsibilities as set forth by Ordinance as amended by Resolution 92-65.
