RESOLUTION NO. 95-22
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF CHARLES PERRY PARK
WHEREAS, staff has received a grant from the MN DNR and is in the process ofraising
additional funds to support this p\oject; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications need to be obtained before the solicitation of competitive
bids; and
WHEREAS, the project is contingent upon obtaining appropriate funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota
that MSA Consulting Engineers, is hereby designated to prepare plans and specifications for the
drafting of the redevelopment of Charles Perry Park.

PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to recognize the efforts
and years of service of Dan Winkel; and
WHEREAS, Dan Winkel has providecl his services to the City of
Arden Hills Public Works Department for 16 1/2 years;
and
WHEREAS, Dan Winkel has shown further commitment to the City in
serving as a Volunteer Firefighter and Fire Chief.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota hereby wishes the best to Dan Winkel in
his new position as Fire Chief for the City of Andover and for
his dedication to the ongoing improvement in the quality of life
in Arden Hills.
