A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT IN
THE MATIER OF THE 1995 STREET MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 1995 Street Maintenance improvements was held
before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two weeks
published notice of the hearing was given; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters
presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be head on the matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. The 1995 Street Maintenance improvements are herehy ordered as recommended in the
Feasibility Report dated March, 1995.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of April, 1995.
