RESOLUTION NO. 95-29
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at a meeting of the City Council of Arden Hills, duly called and
held on April 10, 1995, the following Resolution was adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED, that transactions of this corporation with the Minnesota Municipal Money
Market Fund hereinafter called the 4M Fund shall be authorized by any of the following officers:
Dennis P. Probst,
Mayor

Brian S. Fritsinger
City Administrator
or
Terrance R. Post
Treasurer

PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to recognize the efforts
and years of service of Dan Winkel; and
WHEREAS, Dan Winkel has provided his services to the City of
Arden Hills Public Works Department for 16 1/2 years;
and
WHEREAS, Dan Winkel has shown further commitment to the City in
serving as a Volunteer Firefighter and Fire Chief.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota hereby wishes the best to Dan Winkel in
his new position as Fire Chief for the City of Andover and for
his dedication to the ongoing improvement in the quality of life
in Arden Hills.
