RESOLUTION NO. 95-36
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN TAX-FORFEITED PARCELS
WHEREAS, rndependent School District #621 has determined that the following described tax-
forfeited land is required to expand the driveway width for public safety and more efficient
movement of school buses and service vehicles; and
Lot B, Outlot B Chatham Fourth Addition
Pin 28-30-23-42-0006-4
WHEREAS, acquisition ofthe above referenced parcel by rndependent School District #621
would be consistent with the City of Arden Hill's land use plan;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proper School District officials be and
hereby are authorized to make an application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited land to facilitate
safer and more efficient movement of school buses and service vehicles; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk! Administrator be and hereby is authorized
to file a certified copy ofthis resolution and application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited land
in the office of the tax forfeited land section for Rams County.
