A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN lIlT r ~
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFlCA nONS IN THE MATrER OF THE
ARDEN MANOR WATERMAlN I!\ilPROVEMENT OF 1995
WHEREAS. the Twin CiuC3 Army Ammunition Pl3nt is entering into an agreement with the
Arden Manor T13iIer Park for the in5l.I1.tion of a municipal water supply system;
and
WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Pl3nt is financing 100% of the design and
construction of the proposed watermain instillation; and
WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant has indicated their desire for the City of
Arden Wills to administer such design and construction; and
.
WHEREAS, it is in the City of Arden Hills' interest to participate in the design and construction
of said municipal utilities.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. MSA, Consulting Engineers, Inc_ is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
