BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City of Arden Hills agrees to approve the premises
permit application for Earthstar Project, rnc. for a Class A Bingo and Pull-Tabs operation at
Pot- 0- Gold Bingo Hall, 3776 Connelly Avenue, Arden Hills, Minnesota.
