CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 95-54
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WATER/SEWER
CONNECTION AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA ARMY
NATIONAL GUARD
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Army National Guard owns/leases real property located within the
City of Arden Hills and has constructed buildings on such property; and
WHEREAS, the National Guard has been notified by TCAAP officials of a need to seek
water/sewer services; and
WHEREAS, the National Guard has requested the extension of public sewer and water
facilities to the National Guard site; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the consideration of this request for
servIce.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
I. The copy of the water/sewer connection agreement attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, is reby approved.
