CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 95..66 RESOLUTION VACATING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has been requested to vacate a sanitary sewer easement which crosses the property located at the Northwest comer of Old Highway 10 and County Road E2 and said easement being legally described as follows: The twenty (20) foot perpetual sanitary sewer easement as described in document 1557731, which crosses the following property; that part ofthe Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 30, Range 23, lying Westerly of the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 10 and South of a line running East at right angles to the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter from a point distant 825 feet South of the Northwest comer thereof and North of the Northerly right-of-way line of Ramsey County Highway No. E2, and also that part of the East 160 feet of the West one half of the East one half of Section 28, Township 30, Range 23 lying North of the Northerly right-ot~way line of Ramsey County Highway No. E2 and South of platted Shorewood Hills No.2. WHEREAS, the petition to vacate said easement was made by the affected property owner and the City has caused a notice of public hearing to be published in the City's official newspaper for two (2) consecutive weeks and the City has notified the affected property owner at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing. WHEREAS, the request to vacate was reviewed by the Arden Hills City Council at a public hearing on the 10th day of October, 1995. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Arden Hills City Council hereby agrees to vacate the above described sanitary sewer easement effective upon the filing of the plat of Townhomes of Lake Valentine, which is to include a 20 foot replacement sanitary sewer easement centered on the existing sanitary sewer line.
