CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 95-73
RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING PROPOSED LEGISLATIVE POLICIES
WHEREAS, the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities (AMM) has obtained 1996
legislative policy recommendations from the organization's four standing
conunittees; and
WHEREAS, AMM has asked local officials to review the policies and list the top five priorities
by policy number; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed and discussed this request at an
October 19, 1995 Council Worksession; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: the following list of 1996 legislative policy reconunendations be communicated to
the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities:
