RESOLUTION NO. 95-87
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1996 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has
met several times for the purpose of discussing the 1996 budget; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a
public hearing to adopt a budget; and
WHEREAS, The City Council held a Truth in Taxation public hearing on November 30,1995
to discuss the 1996 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is
appropriate.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached 1996 budget be adopted and
approved:
