RESOLUTION NO. 95-88
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 95-34 AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 95-37.
WHEREAS, on June 12, 1995, the Arden Hills City Council
adopted Resolution No. 95-34 and Resolution No. 95-37 which levied
special assessments against various parcels within the City as a
result o~ a road improvement project; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the assessment roll adopted by Resolution
No. 95-34 is attached as Exhibit A and a copy of the assessment
roll adopted by Resolution No. 95-37 is attached as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution Nos. 95-34
and 95-37, several residents appealed the special assessment levy
to the Ramsey County District Court; and
WHEREAS, the City has now resolved several of the appeals and
wishes to amend the various assessment rolls to reflect the results
of such settlements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City
Council hereby requests and authorizes the County Auditor to amend
the assessment roll adopted by Resolution No. 95-34 by deleting
therefrom the following parcels:
Parcel No.5, PIN No. 28-30-23-12-0052-0, Pham;
Parcel No.7, PIN No. 28-30-23-11-0014-1, Crichton;
Parcel No.9, PIN No. 28-30-23-11-0021-9, Tavernier;
Parcel No. 12, PIN No. 28-30-23-11-0023-5, Jones; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ramsey County Auditor is
hereby requested and authorized to amend the assessment roll
adopted by Resolution No. 95-37 by adding the following parcels, if
the special assessments levied against such parcels are not paid in
full by 4:00 p.m. December 12, 1995.
