RESOLUTION NO. 94-08
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHARITABLE GAMBLING
PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the city of Arden
Hills agrees to approve the premises permit application for
Climb Inc. for a Class B Pull Tabs operation at Big 10
Supper Club, 4703 N. Highway 10, Arden Hills, Minnesota,
pending approval by the state Charitable Gambling Board and
compliance with all State and Local regulations.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this loth
day of January, 1994.
