~ RESOLUTION NO. 94-14
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER
OF THE 1994 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility
Report presented at the January 31st, 1994, City
Council Meeting, and;
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been scheduled for March 14,
1994, to solicit public input;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota:

1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
Project Engineer for this improvement. The Project
Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications
for the making of the improvement and the solicitation of
competitive bids.
