RESOLUTION NO. 94-16
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1993 PAY EQUITY REPORT.
WHEREAS, the Local Government Pay Equity Act, M.S. 471.991-
471.999 and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 3920 requires
submittal of a Pay Equity Implementation Report, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills submitted such report and was
found in compliance in 1992, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is now required to submit such
report to the Department of Employee Relations, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has reviewed its pay plan and
believes that such plan is in compliance with state
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota that it accepts the 1993 Pay Equity
Implementation Report and directs staff to submit such report to
the Department of Employee Relations.
