RESOLUTION NO. 94-19
AMENDING RESOLUTION REVISING THE MECHANICAL FEE SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, Section 6-88 of the Arden Hills Code provides that
permit fees shall be established from time to time by
resolution adopted by the City Council, and;
WHEREAS, after careful consideration and review it has been
recommended that changes be made in the present
commercial mechanical fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that commencing March 1, 1994 the
following changes be made to the mechanical fee schedule:
Commercial. Industrial and Instructional Mechanical fees.
This fee shall be $50.00 plus one and one-quarter percent
(1~%) of the total valuation of installation, including
labor and material, and cost of equipment (value of work
must include the cost of installations, alterations,
additions or repairs including fans, hoods, HVAC units and
heat transfer units, and all labor and materials supplied
by the contractor.) In addition, it shall include all
material and equipment supplied by other sources when these
materials are normally supplied by the contractor.
State surcharge is paid at rate of ,50 for each $1,000 of
valuation of mechanical work.
