CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 94-21
AMENDING RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 93-14
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY RATES.
WHEREAS, The City has added Sections 25-162 thru 28-171 to the
Code of Ordinances, establishing a surface water
management utility, and;
WHEREAS, the revised code requires the City Council to
establish by resolution, from time to time, the rules
to be changed for the Surface Water Management Utility
and;
WHEREAS, The City Council has asked staff to review the
appropriateness of the current R-3 rate for townhome
developments, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota:

The quarterly charge for a townhome and low density
multiple dwelling unit zoned R-3 is changed from
$32.48 per acre and $7,00 per unit to $23.94 per acre
and $5.17 per unit.

Said rate shall become effective retroactive to
January 1, 1994 and shall remain in effect until
changed by resolution of the City Council.
