RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 29
CHANGING POLLING LOCATION FOR PRECINCT NO. 4
WHEREAS, Federal and State regulations require that all polling
places meet certain standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96 no longer meets
these standards due to office space needs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills USARC
(United States Army Reserve Center) at 4655 North Lexington
Avenue, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112 is designated as the polling
location for Arden Hills Precinct No.4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all currently registered voters in
Precinct No. 4 be notified by mail of the change in polling
location.
