RESOLUTION 94-31
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ASSESSMENT RATES
FOR COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING AND THE RESIDENTIAL
EQUIVALENT RATE FOR STREET RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City has adopted an Assessment Manual, dated
November 13, 1990, which requires the City Council,
from time to time, to establish assessment rates for
cold in-place recycling and the residential equivalent
rate for street reconstruction; and,
WHEREAS, the assessment rates for 1994 have not been
established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1.
The assessment rate for cold in-place recycling improvements
shall be $10.25 per assessable front foot for residentially
zoned property.
2. The residential equivalent rate for street reconstruction
improvements constructed in 1994 shall be $29.50 per
assessable front foot.
