A RESOLUl'ION ACCEPTIN3 BID AND AI7I'HORIZING
EXECUTION OF CClNTRACl' IN THE Ml\TI'ER OF THE
1994 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENl' PROJECl'
WHEREAS ,
pursuant to Resolution 94-24, competitive bids were solicited and
received for the 1994 Pavement Managerrent IllJ?rovement as set forth
in the bid tabulation attached thereto and incorporated herein by
this reference; and
WHEREAS ,
the City Council has CG1Sidered the arrount of the bids and the
responsibility of the bidders and determined that Ashbach
Construction, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder;
WHEREAS ,
the following list of contractors and their bids were received by
the City of Arden Hills on April 5, 1994:

NCM", THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1 . The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the City within 30 days, such contract with Ashbach
Construction, Inc., as is approved by the City Attorney for the
completion of the 1994 Pavement Management IllJ?rovement according to the
approved plans and specifications designated in Resolution 94-24.
2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith rebrrn to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids upon execution of the
contract aI:x:we specified.
