WHEREAS ,
upon due notice properly ffi3.de as required by law, the Arden Hills
City Council has met and heard and passed upon all obj ections to
the proposed assessrrent for the 1994 Paverrent Management
Irrprovement PrDj ect and has detennined the arrount to be assessed
against each individual property as the Council deems just;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. The final assessrrent roll, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby accepted and adopted
and shall constitute the special assessrrent against the lands therein
named. Each tract of land in the assessrrent roll is hereby found to be
benefitted by the irrproverrent in an arrount not less than the arrount of
the assessrrent levied against it.
2 . Such assessrrent shall be payable in equal annual installments, including
roth principal and interest, arrortized in such arrount annually as is
required to pay the principal with interest at 8. OO%' over a pericd of
eight years because the assessrrent is equal to or greater than $3,500.

The owner of any property so assessed ffi3.y, at any time prior to
certification to the County Auditor of the assessrrent of the first
installment thereof, pay to the City Treasurer the whole of the
assessrrent on such property, with interest accrued to the date of
payment; except that no interest shall be charged if the entire
assessrrent is paid within 30 days after the adoption of this Resolution.
Prepayment ffi3.y also be ffi3.de after the certification of the assessrrent or
first installrrent thereof by paying to the City Treasurer/County Auditor
the entire arrount of the assessrrent reffi3.ining unpaid with interest. In
the case of a payment ffi3.de before November 15, interest will be
calculated through December 31 of the year in which payment is ffi3.de. If
payment is ffi3.de after November 15, interest will be calculated through
December 15 of the next succeeding year.
4. The City Administrator shall transmit to the County Auditor a certified
duplicate of the attached assessrrent roll to be extended on the property
tax lists of the County. Such assessrrent shall be collected and paid
over in the same ffi3.I1Iler as other rmmicipal taxes.
