RESOLUTION NO. 94-39
A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER TWO 1994 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT ASSESSED
PROPERTIES FROM ASSESSMENT ROLL (1994 RECON.8 YEAR)-AUDITOR
NO.6418 TO ASSESSMENT ROLL (1994 RECON.5 YEAR)-AUDITOR NO. 6408
WHEREAS, the City Council has established three different
Assessment Rolls per County Auditor instructions for
the 1994 Pavement Management Improvement; and
WHEREAS, the final Assessment Rolls for reconstruction streets
are established according to a five year or eight year
payment plan; and
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. It has been determined that two assessed properties shall
move from Assessment Roll (1994 Recon. 8 year) -Auditor No.
6418 to Assessment Roll (1994 Recon. 5 year) -Auditor No.
6408; and
2.
Resolutions 94-36 and 94-37 be amended to

3. The City Administrator shall transmit to the County Auditor
a certified duplicate of the attached amended Assessment
Rolls to be extended on the property tax lists of the
County; and
4. Such assessments shall be collected and paid in the same
manner as other municipal taxes; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. That two properties with the P.I.N. numbers of 33-20-23-13-
0004 and also 34-30-23-13-0008 transfer from Assessment Roll
(1994 Recon. 8 year) -Auditor No. 6418 to Assessment Roll
(1994 Recon. 5 year) -Auditor No. 6408.
