CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 94-43
RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP), has gone through gradual
changes in the past years to modified caretaker status thus changing the future use
of this land;
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills recognizes its responsibility for planning land use and
related activities at the time of any release of federal lands;
WHEREAS, the land area of TCAAP falls within the jurisdiction and responsibility of the City
of Arden Hills;
WHEREAS, Congressman Bruce Vento has requested volunteers or appointments to a
Reutilization Committee to advise the federal government regarding the future
uses ofTCAAP;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: that the City Council of City of Arden Hills appoint Dennis P. Probst as its City
Representative to the Reutilization Committee.
