CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY
RESOLUTION NO. 94-44
RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP), has gone through gradual
changes in the past years to modified caretaker status thus changing the future use
of this land;
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills recognizes its responsibility for planning land use and
related activities at the time of any release offederallands;
WHEREAS, the land area ofTCAAP falls within the jurisdiction and responsibility of the City
of Arden Hills;
WHEREAS, Congressman Bruce Vento has requested volunteers or appointments to a
Reutilization Committee to advise the federal government regarding the future
uses ofTCAAP;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: that the City Council of City of Arden Hills appoint Steve Erickson, David Sand,
Charles Stoddard, Dick Roessler, Jerry Moehnke, and Sushila Shaw as the City's Citizen
Representatives to the Reutilization Committee.
