RESOLUTION NO. 94-52
REVISING WATER UTILITY RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1,1995
WHEREAS, City Council established a policy to review water rates on an anuaJ basis; and
WHEREAS, the City staffhas reviewed the utility cost structure and has recommended that
the Arden Hills City Council increase water utility rates, and
WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate increase is necessary to enable the
utility to remain self-supporting,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that effective January 1, 1995, water utility rates be
revised as follows:
