RESOLUTION NO. 94-54
RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING PROPOSED LEGISLATIVE POLICIES
WHEREAS, the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities (AMM) has obtained 1995
legislative policy recommendations from the organization's four standing
committees; and
WHEREAS, AMM has asked local officals to review the policies and list the top five priorities
by policy number; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed and discussed this request at an October
18, 1994 Council Worksession; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: the following prioritized list of 1995 legislative policy recommendations be
communicated to the Association of Metro politi an Municipalites:
